Key Holding

Protek's key holding service is primarily designed to attend the premises to investigate either intruder or fire alarms on behalf of our clients, thus avoiding the necessity to call out members of the client's staff.

In the event of an alarm activation, we will attend to your premises in your absence and deal with all alarm issues, taking the steps required to re-secure the premises in the event of any break-in or criminal damage. We will also liaise with the Police to provide you with a full report for your insurance company and keep you up-to-date at all times.
