Keeping up the maintenance on a CCTV system is very important, although the modern digital recorders and servers have less moving parts than the old traditional VCR's, your system should still be periodically inspected. This will maximize your investment and enable your system to provide the best possible recorded images.
When any CCTV system is installed it should be fitted to a certain standard, but unfortunately not all are like this. This is why we offer such a service not just for existing Protek customers but for those non existing clients.
We can maintain and repair any system despite the age, condition and technology. After each maintenance visit a full report would be written indicating all the checks and repairs carried out on your system. All chargeable items would be agreed prior to any works being carried out, this way there are no hidden costs. We don't just give the camera a quick clean we carry out a complete list of checks on each camera and equipment. On top of that we also provide telephone support and remote access to provide you with instant support therefore minimizing any major downtime of the system.
